I believe there are objects that can fly that I cannot identify, yes. Do I believe that these are piloted by aliens? Not so much. But I do believe there are aliens - just none with the technology.

Flying saucers? Not sure. I don't know what I think of the Greys, since that body just seems TOTALLY illogical from an evolutionary standpoint.

I don't *believe* in extraterrestrial life. I know for a fact that it exists, as do most self-respecting scientists.

There are probably various flying objects being tested in secrecy by the government (military, most likely) that people see from time to time (stealth bomber is an example of something like that), but as far as extra-terrestrial UFOs go...I get the feeling that we'd probably have made some sort of contact with them by now if they really were observing the planet.
Then again, we really can't tell the intentions of "aliens" because they likely have entirely different moral and social systems than we do.

To quote the many others who have said it: I believe that there are things people see or think they see that they cannot identify, so in those terms I believe in UFO's, but I know for a fact that eyes and brains play tricks on their owners; optical illusions are demonstrations of that. I myself have seen something that, has I only a glimpse of it, would have qualified as a UFO: it was a dark triangle in the evening sky, moving quite slowly with no lights. I wasn't able to figure out what it was until it banked, at which point it became obvious that it was a dark brown ultralight aircraft.
